Consultation Appointments

All appointments are either conducted online or face to face at our Terranora location, once you book your appointment you will receive an email to confirm your day & time. This email will also contain 2 links to your online forms which need to be completed prior to your booked time.

For online bookings. Initial consultations must be via video meeting through a secure link to zoom meetings integration with Simple clinic software, and follow up may be via phone or video, depending on which you prefer.

All care plan prescriptions are emailed within 24 business hours post consultation and invoices for any fees including consultation & dispensed items will be paid for at the time of appointment via electronic transfer or card payment via phone or an online invoice payment gateway, cash or Paypal.

Initial Appointment

$170 / 1 - 1.5hrs

This is for all new clients, if you have not had a consultation with Mellisa Walker Naturopath before OR if it has been longer than 6 months since you have had a consultation with Mellisa Walker Naturopath.

A full case history will be taken. Please upload any recent (within 3 months) pathology results.

Follow-up Appointments

$100 / 30 - 45mins

This is for all existing clients, if you are booking a care plan review or have a new found complaint in your current health status. NOTE, if it has been longer than 6 months since your last appointment you will need to book an Initial. OR if you have a new complex health concern.

A follow up case history review will be taken.

Acute Appointments

$50 / 20mins

This is for all existing and new clients, these appointments are for acute complaints (no conditions lasting longer than 1-2 weeks) such as, cold virus, stomach gastro, viral infections, school sores, acute stress or anxiety. And the alike.

An acute case will be taken, red flags and any indicated referrals will be communicated.

In an urgent health crisis, call 000 or go straight to your Emergency Department.
