Booking online requires a deposit paid at the time of booking or the selected time of booking will be forfeited.

24hrs notice of cancellation is required as this allows time for others to possibly fill your time and keep the clinic running smooth. We appreciate some situations may be unavoidable and we will consider these on a case by case situation, if you are unable to attend even with the flexible connection online, your deposit is non refundable and will be kept to hold your booking for a future booked date.

If you change your mind and choose not to continue with consultations the deposit is non refundable and will be forfeited.

*Online store - all items are non refundable due to change of mind, replacement items will be sent with proof of damage on receiving, if the same item is out of stock we will replace with something of equal value.
